Alain Perreault was head of the student association at Polytechnique and was in the school on Dec. 6, 1989, the night of the Montreal Massacre, where 14 women were slain. He speaks about survivor’s guilt, how the shooting shaped his views on feminism, how he grieved, as well as what he’s told his children about that night. Source
