Quebec walks fine line to educate on cannabis use with awareness campaign for young people

Cannabis has been legal in Canada for four years, but Quebec public health officials are still trying to walk a fine line in warning users of its potential effects, without condemning its use. According to Quebec’s institute of statistics, 40 per cent of young adults between the ages of 18 and 24 smoke cannabis — a number that has remained relatively stable in recent years. Source
