PQ leader calls for his party’s ‘right to exist’ in Quebec’s national assembly

Parti Québécois (PQ) leader Paul St-Pierre Plamondon is now demanding his party’s “right to exist” in the national assembly, saying he is reduced to demanding the bare minimum to do his job in parliament, beginning at the start of the next session on Nov. 29. Source
