Residents of the small town of Amqui, in the Lower St. Lawrence, woke up in shock Tuesday after a tragedy claimed the lives of two men. On Monday afternoon, a 38-year-old man allegedly crashed his pickup truck into pedestrians walking along the side of the road. The suspect, a local man, has been arrested for murder and fatal hit-and-run. Source
